Our founder, Sapphira, is recognised as a Social Prescribing Champion. This is a system where healthcare professionals, like GPs, nurses, or social prescribing link workers, refer patients to non-clinical services and activities in their community.   

Our courses utilise a CAE group fitness certification to create fun and interactive learning with fresh online courses.
